Right now when we get a vacancy that needs to be rented out we list it on our Facebook NLPM page and 10+ private real estate Facebook groups such as “Macomb county homes for rent” and we help with the property marketing strategy. We also list in the MLS for all other Realtors and their clients to see.
Property Management Screening
We perform a thorough analysis of all prospective tenants, including an up-to-date credit report as well as a nationwide eviction and criminal record history search. We call at least the last two landlords listed on a prospective tenant’s application. Our criteria bring in tenants that pay the rent your unit merits and stay long-term. A good tenant is always worth the work.
Property Management Rent Collection Service

Property Management Evictions
Although we pride ourselves as a company that has a very low eviction rate due to our great communication with our residents, unfortunately, if a tenant doesn’t pay we have the legal team and experience to help our owners through the process. You can look for an eviction company or you can use our tenant eviction services.
Property Management Maintenance
Tenants have access to their Tenant portal online to make maintenance requests, as well as 24/7 access to our dedicated in-field agent so our residences can always speak to a real person instead of an answering machine/ answering service.
Property Management Inspections
As an owner/ landlord the required rental license or Certificate of Occupancy can be a stressful process. We as a mgmt company will complete the necessary paperwork for the municipality, meet the inspector at the property, manage all repairs, reschedule re-inspection and receive the certificate/license all in a timely fashion. A copy of the completed certificate/license is uploaded to the Owner’s portal for their records.
Property Management Legal
Our lease is reviewed by our attorney once a year so that our owners/ investors have the most up-to-date legal protection for their investment. Our attorney is available to answer questions as they arise.
